To further advance the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Millions Project,” strengthen youth care initiatives, and demonstrate corporate commitment to employee well-being, Changping Town has launched a summer public welfare childcare program to help address employees’ childcare needs during the summer vacation.

The initiative aims to create a more supportive service environment and help foster a stable and engaged workforce of young employees. By leveraging its role in guiding, serving, and bringing together young people, the Changping Town Youth League Committee has mobilized youth volunteer resources to support local enterprises and their employees.

As part of the program, university students are paired with employees’ children to provide voluntary summer childcare services. Through companionship, care, and meaningful activities, the program provides children with a safe and enriching summer experience while helping working families better balance work and family responsibilities.
